InduraFloor, Inc. hereby warrants Products manufactured by InduraFloor or sold by InduraFloor under InduraFloor's private label to be warranted to be of merchantable quality and to conform to specifications and tolerances in compliance with and as provided in the applicable industry standards, in InduraFloor's published standards for said Products, if any, or otherwise, as incorporated in this agreement, if stored according to instructions, used within the shelf life as stated on its Technical Data Sheet and applied in accordance with Seller’s instructions for a period of 20 years from the date of installation. This Limited Warranty extends exclusively to the first purchaser of the product. Other warranties are 5-year industry standard.

 

Although InduraFloor may recommend an installer, InduraFLoor does NOT warrant or guarantee the work of any person or company installing its products.

 

This General Limited Warranty applies and is limited to all terms found in our Sales Terms and Conditions and as follows.

 

-To the property only as long as it remains in the possession of the original owner

-To the surface that has not been subject to lack of proper maintenance, abuse, improper installation, accident, misuse

-To coatings that have been maintained as per our guidelines

-To floors or other surfaces that have not been modified, altered, defaced or had repairs made or attempted by others

 

Furthermore, InduraFloor shall not be responsible for defects caused by inadequate or faulty structural design, structural or foundational defects or building alterations.

Nor is InduraFloor liable for any damage that results from mechanical or chemical weathering due to usage beyond the scope of protection of the systems as described in the Data Sheets of the products.

 

InduraFloor’s responsibility and obligation for repair shall become null and void if anyone not expressly authorized by InduraFloor performs any of the covered repairs during the period of this Warranty. InduraFloor’s responsibility and obligation to repair product defects, if any, shall become enforceable only if the customer has made full payment for the job. Customer agrees to notify InduraFloor promptly upon discovery of the need for any repairs. InduraFloor must have the opportunity to inspect alleged defective product.

 

InduraFloor automatically logs all InduraFloor products by batch number and will identify warranties as such. It is the customer’s responsibility to record the purchase date and purchase location to assist InduraFloor in the identification of the batch.
